How can SW help the company? How SW services could be contracted? How is the contract, payments and duration?
UNDERSTANDING: In the first phase, with an estimated duration of 3 months, together SW will elaborate the work / business plan, highlighting the selection of partners, staff and others. Regarding the hours quantity to be hired, SW recommends for small business one day/week, medium 2 to 3 days/week and complex business 4 to 5 day/week.
OPERATION: In the second phase, SW will carry out what was designed together, in an operational vision, SW can maintain a contract with a few days a week or create a level of service agreement (SLA).
About contracts and payments, they will be managed by our main office and payments to partners (accounting, advertising, trading, offices, …), they will be billed directly to your company.
